Hey,
I know we're not really supposed to post links BUT this is a rather long article from the NY Times. It's an interview with Cicely Tyson and Kerry Washington. I didn't know who Kerry Washington was before last class but her name popped up and so I read this and thought I'd share it with you. They touch upon race and gender and the portrayal of black women in films and television which I think fits nicely into last classes session.
